TravelClick is a premium white-label travel booking platform that supports 25,000 small and mid-sized hoteliers worldwide.
They were losing their market share with the outdated platform experience.
My Role:
I led the design thinking, UX development, guided visual design, copy and strategy.
Our Assessment:
The current platform is filled with cluttered design and an unintuitive booking experience.
To reduce abandonment and increase conversion,
we need a transformative user experience that addresses the modern user needs.

To ensure we were designing for the real world, we went beyond just the feature sets; we validated the design through the top key user journeys.

To successfully service a business traveler segment, we make sure the design is as pristine on mobile as it is on desktop.

We made some crucial design decisions when it comes to creating a frictionless digital experience and lift conversion rate.



Results:
The new platform saw a 23% increase in direct bookings overall. There was also a 155% increase in mobile bookings and more than double the conversion rate. Additionally, 17% of bookings were recaptured through the unique room hold feature.
